지역애착심에 따른 관광개발평가 및 관광자원개발 선호도에 관한 연구 - 강원도 지역 주민을 중심으로-

초록

This study was to investigate tourism development evaluation and preferences of tourism resources based on residents' place attachment. Based on literature review, the measurement scales of each concepts was developed. The data was collected from residents who lived in Kangwon Province, which includes number of differences tourism resources and tourism destinations. A series of data analysis such as factor, cluster, MDA, multiple regression, ANOVA, were conducted and showed the meaningful results. It was indicated that the tourism development was differently evaluated and residents differently preferred tourism resources based on the residents' place attachment. these results imply that tourism developers and policy makers need to consider residents' place attachment while they develop tourism destination areas. More implication was discussed.
