초록
:Three interspecific hybrid populations, Glycine max/G. gracilis, G. max/G. gracilis, and G. max/G. soja, were devel-oped for genetic analysis. Genetic inheritance of 8 quantitative traits (days to flowering, days to maturity, reproductive period, leafshape, leaf area, leaf length, leaf width, and seed weight) was studied in F2:3 populations of the hybrids. Diferences of the geneticvariations between populations were observed and hybrids between G. max/G. soja showed more variation than those of hybridsbetween G. max/G. gracilis. In principal component analysis, the first component contributed more than 30% of the total variationin each population. The leaf shape-related traits showed high contribution to the total variation. In the studies of the heritability, genotypic variation (VG) was higher than the environmental variation (VE) for the most of traits measured in the three hybrid pop-ulations. Corelations between traits related with leaf shape were observed with variable degree of correlation coefficients. Thetraits related with maturity were also corelated each other positively or negatively with variable degree of correlation coefficients. The seed weight, which was affected cumulatively by most of the traits studied, showed positive correlation with days to maturityand reproductive period. Since the genetic resources of the current soybean germplasm are narrow, the segregant populations andtheir genetic analysis in the current study might provide useful data for the future soybean breeding programs.
