지방공무원의 여가활동유형과 생활적응 및 삶의 질의 관계

초록

The object of this research is to examine the influence on the adaptation and quality of lives of local officials by their types of leisure activity. Specifically, the object of this research will be achieved by building a model mainly about the demographic and sociological character, types of leisure activities, and the factor that changes the adaptation and the quality of lives of the subjects, the local officials. The questionnaire in this research will generally consisted of 5 questions about demographic and sociological character, 25 questions about the levels of MMA(Mixed Martial Arts) enthusiasts based on the one classified by Kim Mi-hyang(2003), 6 values(economic value, sociable value, recreative value, aesthetic value, physical value, moral value) based on the classified value model of Allport(1961), and 3 questions on the attitude about sports (social attitude, psychological attitude, individual attitude) by Synder and Spreitzer(1983), which already proved their reliability and were used in the researches by Kim Yong-gook(1989), Oh Joo-hoon(1999), Jung Young-rin(1996), and Pyo Young-hee(1991). Those questions were amended and complemented to better correspond to this research and were verified on their propriety and reliability. A statistics program, SPSS v12.0 for Windows was used to make a frequency analysis, an one-way ANOVA, a mean comparison, and an ANCOVA.The following conclusions have been drawn from the methods and results of the research above.First, types of leisure activities and the values about sports seem to have some relation with each other. Second, types of leisure activities and the attitude about sports seem to have some relation with each other.
