폐자동차 리사이클에 대한 각국의 입법 분석

초록

As environmental pollution becomes a crucial social issue, many nations are now passing legislations to minimize pollution and maximize recycling. The purpose of this study is to look at some potential problems of vehicle exportation by analyzing these legislations. In EU, the most effective and broad legislation was passed in 2002, of which, starting from 2015, the only vehicles that satisfy the criteria of the legislative will be able to be put on market for sale. Following EU? initiatives, the world? first and second largest vehicle producers, such as Japan and China, have got on board. In United States of America, a separate sect of the federal government called Environment Protection Agency (EPA) leads participating relevant parties to strategize a voluntary solution for a greener production. This research is a reference for vehicle manufacturers in Korea that produce and export to find a countermeasure against the legal recycling issues.
