히알루론산 하이드로겔의 가교도에 따른 함수특성

초록
Hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogels were crosslinked by dropping of sodium hyaluronate solutions into a solution mixture of divinyl sulfone (DVS) dissolved in 2-methyl-1-propanol. Then cleaning for residual unreacted DVS, and drying at 60oC, 20torr vacuum. The experimental conditions are crosslinking temperature (CLT), crosslinking agent concentration (CAC), respectively. And then parametric studied the morphology, the porosity, the swelling ratio of the hydrogels. The swelling ratio and pore size were decreased as the degree of crosslink was increased. They can be controlled by adjusting the by varying CLT and CAC.
