지역주민과 방문자의 문화관광축제에 대한 고유성과 오락성 향유

초록

The objectives of this study were to determine the differences between residents and tourists' pursuit in attending cultural tourism festivals from the viewpoint of socio-cultural perspectives. Using data collected from residents and tourists from Jeseongsun World Arirang Festival in Gangwondo province, Korea, this study revealed that residents and tourists from the festival showed tiny difference of two motivational factors: authenticity and amusement. Finally, from the statistical measurements concerning authenticity and amusement, only things Jeseongsun and Epicureanism were significant. The results of this study show that residents and tourists have the characteristics of post-tourists suggested by Ooi(2002).
