전자통관시스템의 활용과 개선방안에 관한 연구 - UNI-PASS와 통관단일창구를 중심으로 -

초록

Recently a usage of UNI-PASS is increased worldwide. The UNI-PASS in Korea has been installed in 2005 and executed until now. UNI-PASS is an one stop portal system of electronic clearance consisting of electronic export-import clearance, cargo management, collection, customs duty refund, statistics information and Single Window system. This paper reviews UNI-PASS composition system, usage status and suggests several measures to improve the problems. The first, a user leading contents should be developed and expanded interworking computer network of government agencies and UNI-Pass system. The second, UNI-PASS System should be conducted the pursuit of economic efficiency introducing private participation based on stability and trust. The third, the system should be tried a consistent quality control acquiring accessibility and stability and sustaining overseas business drive as well. The fourth, a practical end-user leading one-stop service should be realized through D/B of each requisite confirmation organization and association along with the system.
