수영장 이용자의 지각된 서비스품질과 운동참가지속의 관계

초록

This paper explores the relationship between perceived service quality and adherence of participation at the swimming pool. From questionnaire data on convenience sample of participant(N=516). The finding from the reduced One-way analysis of covariance and multiple regression analysis suggest that the correlates of the relative relationship between perceived service quality and adherence of participation at the swimming pool Results indicated that the meaning significant found the relationship between perceived service quality and adherence of participation at the swimming pool. For the perceived service quality and adherence of participation are partially different by the socio-demographic characteristics of swimmers. For the perceived service quality is partially influence on adherence of participation at the swimming pool.
