인천지역 장애인들의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인 연구 - 보유자산의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

초록

The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of life satisfaction using people with disability living in Incheon. This research used Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled for the data collection. The independent variables are Engel coefficient, housing expense, clothing expense, and labor. This study also used personal assets as the moderating variable. This research examined the moderating effect of personal assets on the relationship between labor and life satisfaction. For the data analysis, this research performed multiple linear regression analysis. The number of observation is 504, and the study period is 2016-2018. Regarding the results, Engel coefficient, housing expense, and clothing expense exert negative effect on life satisfaction. However, the results showed that life satisfaction is positively influenced by labor. Plus, the results revealed the significant moderating impact of personal assets on the association between labor and life satisfaction. This research sheds light on the literature by documenting scrutinized results for people with disability focusing on Incheon. This research has limitations because it is implemented by secondary data. Future research might consider more various instruments and attributes to account for the behavioral characteristics of the disabled.
