초록

Kyung Am Dong-Soo Yoon is a so called Soron party member in a political struggle arena in Sook-Jong dynasty and a such theme scholastic poet. This study explored his poetic world as a hermit hidden pastoral writer who refrained from political career in mid Lee dynasty. In particular, this study investigate literature characteristics of Soron party members who were defeated by the Noron party members through a series of political struggle. Dong-Soo Yoon is a grandson of Choo-Yoon, a younger brother of Joong-Yoon. He took over his big grandfather Joong Yoon's literature styles and heritages, and therefore naturally became central character of his lineage. He finally resigned from active political power line and thereafter worked as a hermit shadow literature remaining life. The central government offered him leading positions many times, but he performed a position of Dan-Yang county manager less than half years, and thereafter he persistently refused any more official titles by sending written refusal. Instead, he concentrated on continuing his ancestor's Soron party literal style and heritage as a confucian theory writer. He composed orthodox Confucian theory works, and his than one hundred and thirty composition glorified traditional confucian theme, as a hermit and resigned pastoral artist. He mainly composed poetry on themes of human interactions with rural villages and purely lyric stories, separated from capital cities political activists, and he rarely pursed prestige of fame as a acknowledged artists. His literal world mainly took place interacts with relatives and literal fellows, an humane themes. He composed poems for intimate friends or acquaintances, or answered to other poems with his poetry composition. He also wrote many grieving poems for death of these intimate neighbors, and expressed his lamentable emotionality with phrases of "happened to write poems". In his lamentable emotionality, he expressed mental freedom of concentrating on Confucian world fleeing away from political struggle, and his phrases pursued consistent end of Confucian orientation and emotional purity free of struggle arena. As a conclusion, poetry of Dong-Soo Yoon proved exemplary and typical model of hermit life pastoral literature, away from political struggles and turmoils, and pursuing intellectual humble lives of shadow writes in 18th century.
