포스트 코로나 시대, 지방소멸 구조 분석을 통한 귀촌인의 조경적 정착 방안

초록

In the post-corona era, as trends of urban-to-rural migrants change, there is a need to find new solutions to the problem of local extinction. This study’s purpose is to analyze the relationship between the number of returning villagers and the factors affecting them following the impact of COVID-19 and propose landscape solutions as a response to local extinction utilizing systems thinking. The results are as follows. First, a reduction in jobs will increase the outflow of rural youth and returnees. The strategy is to utilize rural areas with natural beauty to provide workspaces. Another strategy is to create jobs by supporting experience venues and programs to promote the plant nursery and complex. Second, the need for a sense of community in the face of social conflicts has increased the interest in rural life. Village gardens and community villages are being established to foster community culture. This study will help rural spatial future planning to address the issue of local extinction.
