고령자의 안전ㆍ안심 주거공간 창출방안

초록

Korea is now facing an aging society that is rapidly progressing. Therefore, the improvements on the housing’s services and living environments have came to the fore at we should solve. On this study, it figures out the main 4 types of elderly housing : An Institution for the Aged, Elderly group homes, Elderly welfare housing, and Public Rental Housing for Elderly. and their characteristics. We should pour a lot of continuous attentions and find solutions on the elderly housing. Also, government should provide various policies and invent ideal designs for elderly. Moreover, it is necessary to organize the sectors of the government in order to improve the current issues efficiently. Since today’s world society is now turning into an aged-society, the concept of the interior design is also changing into the Universal Design which is helpful for a convenient life for the elderly. Although this survey only deals with the ‘Improvement’ of the guidelines for the elderly housing, it is necessary to figure out other problems that elderly faced in daily life, such as the urban system which is immobilized for the elderly, and finally adjust the universal design to solve it.
