권위주의적 근대화의 역사적 기원-식민지 기원론의 비판적 검토

초록

This paper is to examine critically the continuity views of colonial legacy that post-colonial authoritarian modernization in Korea has the historical origins in colonial modernization and development under Japanese imperialist rule. It argues that the views have no solid theoretical as well as emperical rounds. The argument of this paper is that there needs to rebuild the discourse of national- popular development in terms of theoretical aspects and to focus on the experiences and learning of militarists during colonial period in empirical aspects.
