돈육 가공 브랜드 경영체의 경영효율성 분석
An Analysis of the Managerial Efficiency of Pork Processing Firms

초록
The purpose of the study is to analyze management efficiency for processing firms of regional pork brand. The managerial efficiency of the firms at 14 was analyzed by using data envelopment analysis(DEA) model. Data for the analysis were collected from Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System(DART). The major findings were as follow. Total technological efficiency was 0.610 in average, net technological efficiency was 0.786 in average, and scale efficiency was 0.793 in average. Among the 14 processing firms, the number of efficient firms in scale and technology was 4 in CCR model, 6 in BCC model, 5 in IRS model, and 5 in DRS model. In side of returns by scale, there were 2 firms in IRS, 3 firms in CRE, and 9 firms in DRS.
