지역 먹거리계획에 대한 정책 이해도 연구 －춘천시민을 대상으로－

초록

This paper explores how to improve citizens’ policy understanding regarding a local food plan. For this, we analyzed the factors that influenced policy understanding toward a local food plan focusing on Chuncheon’s citizens. To find the factors, we used an ordered logit model by considering citizens’ policy understanding that was an ordered variable. As a result, we found out the factors that influenced policy understanding are administrative responsibility, trust in the administration, information access, local government competency, and marriage. Based on this analytical result, we could suggest ways to improve the citizens’ policy understanding of a local food plan. First, the local government has to make a trustworthy administrative system against the local food problems. Second, promoting a local food plan has to be actively pushed ahead to transfer accurate information to citizens. Third, local government competency has to be strengthened to act the local food plan in the real site. Lastly, the local government has to encourage citizens to understand a local food plan as a public value.
