초록
To increase the efficiency of therapeutic anti-inflammatory steroid, prednisolone palmitate was synthesized and encapsulated within a liposome which has a Tm value of 40°C. This steroidal liposome showed higher anti-inflammatory activity than prednisolone hemisuccinate, following intraveneous injection into rats, using a X-carrageenin paw edema test. © 1988 Informa UK Ltd All rights reserved: reproduction in whole or part not permitted.
