초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of exercise by analyzing the changes of body composition, blood lipid profiles, Insulin, IL-6, and CRP in the 6th grade of elementary school obese boys following walking exercise for 8 weeks. The subjects were over 30% of body fat obese children. thirty subjects were grouped into experimental group(n=15) that participated in the program of walking exercise and comparative group(n=15) that had no treatment. The subjects exercised at 55~65 % HRmax for an hour per day, 3 times in a week. Independent t-test was used to compare the two groups. Paired t-test was used for the comparison of prior and post-exercise. In the experimental group's body composition, body weight, BMI, and % body fat were reduced. In constituent parts of the blood, TC, LDL-C, Insulin, CRP, and IL-6 were reduced respectively, whereas HDL-C was increased. It was concluded that walking exercise reduces the risk factors in cardiovascular disease and prevents obesity in adults with the fact that walking exercise in obese children changes the body weight, body composition, % body fat, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Insulin, blood IL-6 and CRP into positive state.
