강원지역 감자유통활성화를 위한 감자농가의 조직화 및 규모화 방안

초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest an alternative for production and marketing of potato in order to secure the stable farm income through smooth supply and demand control for potato production in GangwonDo. The study analyzed prise trends in their supply and demand of potatoes, and their marketing situation by growing types. The results of the study are as follow.The potato consumption was forecasted to be increased gradually. However, the farm income appeared to be unstable because growing area was unstable, which led to made it high increase and decrease the potato production. Especially in case of GangwonDo, the unstable price was derived from illegal distribution of seed potatoes, increase in growing areas, limit of storage, and uniformity of species, etc. which made it difficult to increase the farm income. Thus, the contract cultivation with potato farms for the joint marketing and stability of supply and demand is necessary to increase the potato farm income and price stability.
