화재에 노출된 SC구조 벽체의 비선형 열응력 해석

초록
Steel Plate-Concrete structure has been recommended to modularize method for nuclear power plant reduction of construction period. In case of fire, unprotected covering SC structure wall generates unaccountable thermal stress to performance change by heat, thermal deformation by thermal expansion, composed material’s rate of thermal expansion, and difference in internal temperature distribution. Thermal stress generates member interior cracks lowering strength of member and shear fracture by thermal deformation, which can cause shear fracture. For that case, ensure safety of structure’s study is recommended. This study will predict SC structure wall’s structural behavior, where nonlinear thermal stress applied finite element method to accomplish thermal deformation and calculated thermal stress that correspondent to it. Commercial nonlinear finite element analysis ANSYS Multiphysics (version 11.0) has been used to perform. To predict SC structure’s behavior simulation of fire, 3 dimension modeling was created. Steel for exposition and concrete’s thermal and mechanical property applied EUROCODE 3 Part 1-2 and EUROCODE 4 Part 1-2’s suggested price and fire temperature is ISO 834-1 applied standard time-temperature curve.
