요통재활프로그램이 만성요통 노인의 등속성 근력과 근전도에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of exercise using elastic thera-band and the electrotherapy about isokinetic muscular strength, activity after low back pain rehabilitation program applying to 21 old-aged women with chronic back pain who are observed and analyzed about the result of isokinetic muscular strength, muscular activity and subjective pain degree for 12 week elastic band training and electrotherapy. The result as follows : 1. Comparing control group in terms of the change, elastic band training group showed a significant increase at the peak torque on 60°/sec in the extensor after low back pain rehabilitation program applying(p<.05) and electrotherapy group produced a significant increase at the peak torque on 60°/sec and 180°/sec(p<.05). Comparing control group in an total work, elastic band training group result in the significant increase only the extensor on 60°/sec, and increase both the extensor and the flexor muscle on 180°/sec(p<.05). electrotherapy group result in the significant increase only the extensor on 60°/sec and 180°/sec(p<.05). However there was no noted difference between elastic band training group and electrotherapy group. 2. In contrast with control group about the ratio change of an flexor to the extensor, there was the ratio increase of flexor at the elastic band training band and electrotherapy group after low back pain rehabilitation program applying, but there was no significant difference. 3. Compared with control group concerning about muscle activity change, only elastic band training group showed the significant increase at the forth lumbar and abdominal muscle by applying low back pain rehabilitation program despite of the increase inclination of muscle activity at the electrotherapy group(p<.05).
