초록
Domestic construction industry environment has been facing dramatic change because of revolution in domestic financing industry since International Monetary Fund crisis. Futhermore, the environmental change has been needed strong risk management ability. Particularly in the case of the privately financed project a prediction of risk in planning phase has become even more important than ever before. The purpose of this research is to verify practical uses of the feasibility analysis methodology from previous research. Therefore, the samples for verification must be chosen in the year after IMF.
