축산물의 안전성 확보 전략

초록

Recently, consumer seems to show a sensitive response to food safety in Korea. Especially, livestock diseases in the world, which are FMD, BSE and Bird Flu, have broken out frequently. Therefore, Korean is faced by considering a counter plan for food safety. Most of all, we need to introduce a Risk Analysis System for managing food safety in Korea, and then the Risk Assessment Authority is founded preferentially. There are included to strengthen funciton of risk communication and take pull charge of this function. Traceability for beef is carrying out 9 brands by way showing of an example in Korea. We need to make certain consumer confidence for livestock product in Korea through early operating Traceability for livestock products.
