중국 동북지역 스키장의 효율적인 비시즌 운영방안에 관한 연구

초록

This study aims to improve the operational efficiency of off-season operations at ski resorts in northeastern China by identifying issues and proposing solutions. The research was conducted through qualitative methods, using semi-structured interviews with experts, including university professors, coaches, and managers who have specialized knowledge of ski resorts, with a total of 10 participants. The findings are as follows: First, the current state of off-season operations at ski resorts in northeastern China was presented. Second, the main issues identified in off-season ski resort operations include high operational costs, low revenue, lack of promotional capability, insufficient programs, and challenges with maintaining a consistent workforce. Third, various solutions were proposed to address the difficulties faced by ski resorts in northeastern China during the off-season. These include offering diverse programs, making bold investments, and comprehensively establishing related support facilities.
