초록

The purpose of this study is the ability beliefe and achievement goal orientation is to investigate the relationship. 341 people with college players were involved in the investigation. Regression analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS. First, all players were included in the regression analysis. The mastery approach goals influenced the learning and improvemental. And stable factor has a negative effect. Performance approach goal have influenced improvemental factor. performance avoidance goal have influenced learning factor. Second, the elite players in the mastery approach goal is learning and stable factor has a significant impact. The performance approach goal is learning and gift factor has a significant impact. Non-elite players in the mastery learning and gift factor has a significant effect. The performance approach goal is improvemental factor has a significant impact.
