예술경연대회 중심의 지역 메가 축제 활성화 연구 - 진주시 개천예술제를 중심으로 -

초록

The purpose of this study is for the development of the Gaechon Arts Festival by improving the satisfaction of its contest participants. This study surveyed the satisfaction of 154 participants in nine categories of art competitions. Looking at the analysis results, it can be said that it is a model suitable for regression analysis with F=23.165 (p<0.001), and the adjusted R²=0.420 showed an explanatory power of 42%. However, the social motivation of Hypothesis 2 (β=-0.077, t=-0.867) and the reward motivation of Hypothesis 3 (β=0.139, t=1.931) were found to be insignificant at the significance level of p<0.05, so the hypothesis was rejected. In Conclusion, The Gaecheon Arts Festival should innovate to expand its cultural and artistic competitions into a national event, enhance their quality, establish Jinju as a center for cultural and artistic development in Korea, and work to elevate the city’s brand value through the festival. In addition, several development plans were suggested in conclusion.
