초록

This research has classified the preceding elements into the event operation element, event facilities element, event price element and event exhibition element in relation to the cultural tourism event management of local governments. Thus, the purpose of this research was to verify the relations between suitability of the event management and its influence. Also, the reckoning of individual indices of the event management at the level compatible with it has been conducted, after reviewing the trend and improvement strategy of the cultural tourism program management of the local governments through the review of the preceding researches. As a result of major research analyses, the event operation element, event facilities element and event price element had influences on the suitability of the event management, while the event exhibition element did not have an impact on the suitability. In other words, the maturity of event management of cultural tourism program of the local governments might emerge as an important element to decide the success or failure of the result. In this manner, the need to greatly arouse the importance of event management has appeared. Accordingly, the policy implication and limitation of research, based on the research results, were suggested.
