캔드타입 전동워터펌프용 수중베어링의 특성분석

초록

This paper presents characteristic analysis of underwater bearing for canned typeelectric water pump. Characteristic analysis of underwater bearing was performedusing self-developed performance tester, which capable of torque change, noisechange, motor speed change and abrasion loss test with respect to temperaturechange of underwater bearing. The performance tester can be monitored in realtime by designing the control unit using the Labview program. The performanceexperiment was performed through comparison of the silicon carbide (SIC) and thecarbon bearing. From the experiment results, performance of SIC bearing wasbetter than carbon bearing at the abrasion and temperature experiment.
