Isoflavonoids from the root cortex of Robinia pseudo-acacia

From the CHCl<inf>3</inf>-fraction of the root cortex of Robinia pseudo-acacia, five compounds have been isolated. On the basis of spectral data, these compounds were identified as medicarpin, biochanin A, formononetin, 3'-methoxydaidzein.
