춘천시민의 여가행위와 여가만족 및 자아실현의 관계

초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among leisure behavior, leisure satisfaction and self realization in Chuncheon citizens. 623 samples who live in Chuncheon, Kangwon province were used to achieve the purpose of this study. Descriptive statistical analysis, ANCOVA, correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results of this study are as followed. First, Chuncheon citizens' participation rate was very high for leisure activities. Types of leisure activities which participants involved in most were sports, and health-related activity respectively, and the highest frequency and duration of the participation were 2~3 day per week during 1~3year. Most way of acquiring leisure information were electron medium guidance information through TV broadcasting(airwaves, cable broadcasting), radio, internet, telephone, and mobile. 74.7% of the participants satisfied for leisure facilities where they used. Place for leisure activities was mainly public place(60.6%). Leisure activities companions were alone(33.3%), friend(32.3%), and family(13.7%) or couple(12.4%) respectively. Main motivation for the leisure activities participation was health existence and physical strength promotion(53.2%). Leisure constraints were manly time, money, and lack of interest. Participants actively involved in leisure activities and spent less than 300,000 won a month. Second, It was appeared that participant group in leisure activities showed higher self realization ability than non-participants. Third, leisure satisfactions affected self realization partially in the relationship between leisure satisfaction and self realization.
