σ-semiopen sets and σ-semicontinuous functions on spaces with σ-structure

In this paper, we introduce the notions of σ-semiopen sets and σ-semicontinuous functions on spaces with σ structures, and study some basic properties of such notions. In particular, we investigate characterizations for the σ-semicontinuity by using the σ-interior, σ-closure, σ-semi-interior and σ-semi-closure operators. © 2014 Young Key Kim and Won Keun Min.
