The impact of stakeholder management on the value of casino

초록
This research examined how firm-employee relationship affects the value of casino business. Stakeholder theory is the theoretical underpinning of this study. Through COMPUSTAT, and Kinder,Lydenberg, and Domini(KLD), were used as the main information sources were collected for the study being researched from 2002 to 2012. Furthermore, using two-way fixed effect, panel data was analyzed. The results indicated that maintaining sound firm-employee relationship plays a significant role for the improvement of financial performance.
