대학스포츠 팀 지도자의 윤리적 리더십과 조직신뢰, 지도자신뢰 및 충성도와의 관계

초록

The study was to examine the Relationship among ethical leadership of university sports team leader, organizational trust, leader trust, loyalty. For this purpose, data were drawn for 249 university athletes in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. As the statistical method for this research, the SPSS 15.0 version and AMOS 7.0 version statistical program were used frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation relative analysis and structure equation model analysis in these date. Result of the analysis are as follows. First, ethical leadership of university sports team leader was found to have significant influence on organizational trust. Second, ethical leadership of university sports team leader was found to have significant influence on leader trust, Third, organizational trust was found to have significant influence on loyalty, Fourth, leader trust was found to have significant influence on loyalty
