초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the followership to Empowerment in Security Martial Arts InstructorsThe subjects in this study were 188 people who were selected from a population of Security Martial Arts instructors who worked in national or public organizations for Seoul, Gyeonggi Province . The collected data were analyzed by the statistical package SPSS 17.0, and an exploratory factor analysis was made to verify the construct validity of the questionnaire used in this study. The findings of the study were as follows:The followership of the Security Martial Arts instructors exerted a significant influence on their empowerment.
