초록

This thesis is purported to devise a plan to enhance efficiency of land banking system. In this regard, land specialists' cognizance were surveyed. Based on the survey result, this thesis seeked ways to enhance efficiency and expected effects thereof. Variables were extracted at the survey on land specialists through consideration on previous studies. Those variables were applied to this research model for the analysis. For analysis method, problems and problem solving for land banking system and effect of land banking system were classified by causes and they were reconstituted as survey questions. Survey respondents were 285 persons comprising professors from real estate related departments, research fellows from national think tanks and land related business practitioners from government-funded institutions. For analysis, structural equation was prepared, 7 hypotheses in total were tested and correlation analysis as well as regression analysis were implemented. The result shows that the proposed enhancement plan has significant correlation on the problems of land banking system.
