평창동계올림픽 자원봉사자의 직무형태에 따른 직무전문성과 재참여의도의 관계

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify that to raise the intention of re-participation of volunteer activity of task in big sports competitions & event, to improve the task efficiency of the relevant organizations, and to identify the characteristics of the variables for successful held. Method: The research subjects were 268 people who participated in the 2018 Pyeong Chang Winter Olympic　Game as volunteers were surveyed. Statistical analysis techniques such as analysis of covariates and standard multiple regression analysis were used to analyze research problems. Results: The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in task expertise depending on the general characteristics of the volunteers’ task. Second, there were significant differences in the intention of re-participating volunteer activity in the duties. Third, it has been confirmed that the professionalism of volunteers is a predictor of 5%, affecting static improvement of re-participating volunteer activity, except for the level of authority recognition as a sub-factor. Conclusion: It is concluded that positive effects of the research results based on relevant data for systematic and efficient management and operation to promote volunteer participation should be verified, leading to participation in sports related competition and event.
