성인여성 생활무용 참여자의 참여정도와 몰입 및 운동중독의 관계

초록
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relation among participation level, flow, and exercise addiction of life-long dance participants. The data was selected by the level of participation, flow, and exercise addiction with 395 female adults of Kangwon region. The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA, regression analysis. Results were as follows. First, cognitive flow and active behavior flow were higher in the group of 3 years and more of participation period. Cognitive flow was higher in the group of participation frequency of 4 and more a week. As for degree of participation. the group with 2 hours and longer had higher cognitive flow and active behavior flow. Second, exercise attachment was higher in the group of 3 years and more in period of participation while withdrawal symptoms, dependency and tenacity were higher in the groups of 1-3 years and 3 years and longer. As for the frequency of participation, the group with 4 occasions and more a week had a higher level of withdrawal symptoms. In the level of participation, exercise attachment, lack of control, dependency and tenacity were higher in the groups for 1-2 hours and 2 hours and longer. Third, cognitive flow negatively influenced lack of control and withdrawal symptoms, and there was a positive impact on exercise attachment. Active behavior flow positively influenced exercise attachment, lack of control, withdrawal symptoms, dependency and tenacity.
