초록
Until now, Korea Electric Power Corporation has constructed and operated various enclosures for underground power distribution instruments such as circuit breaker for ground installation and underground gas circuit breaker in the street, however, they are pointed out as targets for public hatred and removal not being harmonized with surrounding scenery since they have various shapes and sizes according to the construction company, the capacity and the installation environment. And it is necessary to find out standardization for them since they have demerits of troubles in maintenance in the aspect of operation. The overall size is reduced considering installation workability and spatiality, and 3-dimensional solidity in the aspect of formativeness. And it is considered to raise image of Korea Electric Power Corporation suggesting not only improvement of function as street furniture but also differentiated shape in the aspect of formativeness. It is planned to raise the new image (nature-friendly and environment-friendly) of functional enclosure by confirming possibility applying polymer concrete and fiber reinforced plastic. Analysis of heat radiation according to application of new material is improved through computer simulation, and accordingly manufacturing drawing for study mock-up is completed. Working mock-up is manufactured by deciding through evaluation of 2 types (diamond type and Hunminjeoneum type) of design finally decided by design mock-up, and proceed 2 kinds using existing material and new material. Problems in assembling and working in mass production are found out and made up for reference in manufacturing prototype. It is attempted for the purpose of present research to graft a new way of use and material on the direction of development for functional enclosure based on thorough analysis of the existing products, and especially, various methods are embodied to differentiate formative beauty through new visual language. Especially, it will be desirable start suggesting trend of future street furniture by presenting new styled design of enclosure applying new material with natural texture and excellent in mass production. It newly suggested a direction of improvement for the existing problems such as attachment of advertisement and etc. keeping the beauty able to harmonize not only with city environment but also with natural scenery.
